Raw material

Raw materials are the important guarantee of product quality. Beibin Company implements strict batch-by-batch testing measures for raw materials, and jointly establishes a quality assurance mechanism for raw materials with suppliers.

The stainless steel strip is provided by Zhangjiagang PoSCO (South Korea) and Baoxin. It adopts EAF electric furnace, VOD refining outside the furnace and continuous casting. The chemical composition is controlled well, no local point corrosion occurs, and the quality is stable and reliable.

The sealing ring is made of silicone rubber with internationally recognized excellent aging resistance, the widest operating temperature range (-100 ~ 350℃) and excellent health indicators. (For gas transmission, hydrogenated nitrile rubber is selected)

Guangzhou Beibin has a pipe, pipe fittings index inspection laboratory, the total annual quality testing, inspection more than 240,000 times. Testing equipment is complete, testing means are complete, in addition to the whole series of products in raw materials, online, finished products for triple quality self-testing, but also by the national, provincial, municipal authorities at all levels of testing agencies and Spain AENOR, Germany SKZ, Australia SGS, SAI and other international authoritative inspection agencies to do regular supervision and testing.

Annular compression fastening--higher tensile strength

Beibin ring compression connection will squeeze the circular section into a ring of indentations, forcing the pipe concave embedded pipe compression deformation than other connection methods significantly increased, ring compression concentric circle at each point are produced uniform holding force, so that the pipe clamping the pipe, like the wire bite each other, better tightening, connection strength multiplied. The tensile strength of Bayin ring pressed stainless steel pipe fittings is much higher than the relevant national industry standards.

Rear insert seal ring--low precision quick installation

The sealing material of Bayin ring compression connection adopts cylindrical sealing ring, which is placed on the pipe at the construction site and pressed after inserting the pipe fitting. Before pressing, the sealing ring is not subjected to external force, so there is no possibility of displacement and damage. After the installation is completed, almost 100% water test is passed. In addition, the ring pressure connection also has the characteristics of rotary watertight and n-times crimping, which greatly improves the installation quality and efficiency of the project, and is welcomed by construction workers.

Packed "face" seals--more reliable joint seals

The Baybin ring compression connection is specially designed with a sealing cavity, and the sealing material is a rectangular section sealing ring. In the ring pressure, a closed sealing cavity is first formed in the sealing part. By compressing the volume of the cavity, the sealing ring is fully filled with the space and gap in the cavity, and the excess sealing material is further pressurized to lock the sealing cavity, forming a firm fixed connection joint with good sealing.
